Please clean keyboard connector cable with alcohol wipes before you install it. If some keys don't work, you don't connect well the ribbon cable of our keyboard with your laptop probably, please try to reconnect more times.

Restocking Policy

For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:

Providing an incorrect shipping address.
