* This item is for keyboard only. no frame /palmrest/touchpad /topcase will be included.

* The keyboard comes with a horizontal enter, it doesn't compatible with the keyboard which comes a vertical  enter. Please compare your old keyboard to the picture.

* If you choose the backlit one, please check there is a backlit connector on your mainboard so that you could insert the backlit cable to it to make the backlit feature work.

* Please clean the keyboard connector on the motherboard before you insert the keyboard cable.

Estimated Delivery Time After Package Has Been Shipped

  • Standard Air

The package is delivered via different courier services where suitable.

The estimated time of delivery ranges from 12-45 days after the package has been shipped.

Deliveries usually occur within 12-25 days in advanced countries including the US, Germany, UK, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, Finland, France, and many more.

It takes 20-45 days in developing countries. 

Note: Deliveries can take up to 60 days for holidays or locations that are far from main cities, Please pick the items up from the local post office when suitable. These apply to all countries.

  • Express Courier

The package is shipped via DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS Express service. The tracking number for the package will be provided for tracking via the DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS Express website. The estimated time for delivery ranges between 5-10 days after the package has been shipped.

Restocking Policy

For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:

  1.        Providing an incorrect shipping address.
  2.        Rejecting the packages because of additional tax/duty charges added by the customer's resident country customs authorities.

The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be paid by the customer.


Return Policy –Money Back Guaranty

Azubay accepts item return if it's still in original condition at the time when delivered to the buyer.  Or if the item has any problem, buyer could contact us for return too, we can offer exchange, return or refund. Returns must be made within 15 days from the date when the customer receives the order parcel.

The Refund and Shipping Cost

The refund amount will take into consideration the costs of shipping the item to and from azubay. The amount for shipping will be deducted from the balance of the purchased item. Azubay will process the refund via the original payment method.


Door-to-door shipping is not a viable option in certain countries so the user might need to clear the order from the appropriate customs authority.

The prices of every item and shipping fees on our website do not include any tax/duty charges that may be requested by the buyer residing country. Buyers may have to pay the tax/duty charges to the appropriate authorities before claiming their orders.


Azubay.com and its employees do not provide service information about tax and duty.

azubay charged me for the keyboard I purchased and sent me a confirmation email showing that my payment was accepted. My bank statement says I was charged for the keyboard on the same date as well: 25/09/2021. For some reason without explanation I received an email today 01/11/2021 (over a month AFTER I purchased the damn thing) saying that my order was cancelled for non-payment. I called them out on this and they refuse to reply to my emails. Looks like I'm going to have to call my bank in the morning and open a dispute. Going to get my money back whether these shady operators reply to me or not. Wouldn't ever buy anything from azubay again, EVER!
