Our keyboard works on the laptops in our description. Please do not purchase this product if your model is not in our advertisement/ title/ description. Many laptops have very similar model names, but their keyboards are completely different.

If you have any question on the compatibility, plz feel free to contact us.

2. [Part NO. ]

Same Part No. can come in different layouts, plz don't purchase based on part No. only. Keyboards of the same model have different part numbers from different factories. we may ship a compatible part No. one if an exact part NO. is not available.

3. [ Backlight ]

If you want to update non-backlit keyboard to backlit one, Plz check there is a backlit-connector on your motherboard so that the backlit feature will work.

4. [Spanish / Portuguese layout]

There are 2 kinds Spanish and Portuguese layouts. Usually, Brazil Customers need Brazilian Portuguese keyboards, Portugal Customers need Portugal Portuguese one. Customers from Spain needs Spanish only, Customers from America or Latin America accept Spanish and Latin Spanish keyboards both. Plz compare the pictures carefully.

5. [Keys & Hinges]

If you are buying a whole keyboard to exchange the keycaps with your old keyboard, plz contact us to check the design of key hinges before your order, because usually there are several different types of hinges/brackets for the same keyboard. (We don't sell Individual keycaps)

6. [Installation]

Installation requires hands-on skills and welding tool probably. You'd better to use an anti-static tool when you are dealing with the internal laptop parts. After installing the keyboard, you need to update the driver for it probably.

7. We tested every keyboard before shipping.

If some keys don't work after installed, this is not because keyboard is defective but you don't connect well the ribbon cable of our keyboard with your laptop, plz try to reconnect more times. In addition, plz clean the keyboard connector base on the motherboard and keyboard cable before you install it. Many customers solve this problem after did this.

Shipping Information

1. Plz pay attention to the tracking information and collect the parcel from local post office when necessary, or the parcel will be returned or get lost.

2. Parcels might be delivered to your mailbox, lawns, doorway or corridor, even neighborhood sometimes.

3. Plz make sure your shipping address is not remote area if you choose expedited shipping (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT etc.), or additional fees may apply.

4. Deliveries can take up to 60 days for locations that are far from main cities if you choose small post air mail ( ePacket, SpeedPak, China post etc.). Plz allow more days for shipping if there any holiday, such as Spring Festival in China, or Christmas holiday in Europe.

Customs Clearing and Tax / Duty

1. Door-to-door shipping is not a viable option in certain countries so the user might need to clear the order from the appropriate customs authority.

2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Worldwide Shipping

We can ship the items to worldwide, Buyers can choose from three different shipping options namely:

Standard Air (China Post, ePacket, 4PX Online Tracking)
Express Courier (GlobalMail, DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS Online Tracking)

Tracking Number

Tracking number will be provided for online tracking.

Once an order has been processed, you can view the tracking number for your page in the user account. You should also get an email notification containing the tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time After Package Has Been Shipped

Standard Air

The package is delivered via different courier services where suitable.

The estimated time of delivery ranges from 12-45 days after the package has been shipped.

Deliveries usually occur within 12-25 days in advanced countries including the US, Germany, UK, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, Finland, France, and many more.

It takes 20-45 days in developing countries.

Note: Deliveries can take up to 60 days for holidays or locations that are far from main cities, Please pick the items up from the local post office when suitable. These apply to all countries.

Express Courier

The package is shipped via DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS Express service. The tracking number for the package will be provided for tracking via the DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS Express website. The estimated time for delivery ranges between 5-10 days after the package has been shipped.

Restocking Policy

For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:

Providing an incorrect shipping address.
Rejecting the packages because of additional tax/duty charges added by the customer's resident country customs authorities.

The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be paid by the customer.

Return Policy –Money Back Guaranty

Azubay accepts item return if it's still in original condition at the time when delivered to the buyer. Or if the item has any problem, buyer could contact us for return too, we can offer exchange, return or refund. Returns must be made within 15 days from the date when the customer receives the order parcel.

The Refund and Shipping Cost

The refund amount will take into consideration the costs of shipping the item to and from azubay. The amount for shipping will be deducted from the balance of the purchased item. Azubay will process the refund via the original payment method.
