Gently clean the ribbon cable connector prior to installation. 4. Please double-check the ribbon cable is fully latched into the motherboard connector. If the cable is reversed, loose or misaligned, keys will not work properly.

Restocking Policy

For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:

Providing an incorrect shipping address.
Rejecting the packages because of additional tax/duty charges added by the customer's resident country customs authorities.

The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be paid by the customer.

The Refund and Shipping Cost

The refund amount will take into consideration the costs of shipping the item to and from azubay. The amount for shipping will be deducted from the balance of the purchased item. Azubay will process the refund via the original payment method.
